The Photometrics Evolve 512 EMCCD Camera is a high-sensitivity scientific imaging device designed for demanding low-light applications such as single-molecule imaging, live-cell fluorescence microscopy, and super-resolution techniques.
Product Description:
The Evolve 512 features a 512 × 512 pixel EMCCD sensor with 16 µm pixel size, delivering ultra-low noise performance and high quantum efficiency (>95%). Its electron-multiplying gain allows detection of extremely weak signals, while advanced features such as on-chip multiplication, deep thermoelectric cooling, and fast frame rates make it ideal for capturing dynamic biological events in real time.
Designed for precision and stability, the Evolve 512 supports a wide dynamic range and real-time streaming. It integrates easily into microscopy systems and is compatible with popular acquisition software platforms.
